CANCELLATION - CONFIRMATION -CHILD POLICY

Your appointment is time we reserve just for you. You must make changes to your appointment with at least 24 hrs notice to avoid a fee. If you cancel within 4-23 hrs, you will be charged 50% of scheduled services. If you cancel with less than 4 hrs notice or no show, you will be charged 100% of scheduled services. Clients arriving 15 min or more late are considered a no show.

For safety and client comfort, we do not permit children in our spa or service clients who are ill. Clients who arrive with children or are sick will be rescheduled and charged 100% for services booked.

Clients booking services 60 min or more or have a history of no-shows or late cancellations are required to keep a credit card on file or make prepayment arrangements to reserve appointments. Your information is truncated and kept secure. If you prefer not having your credit card kept on file, you have the option to secure your appointment by purchasing a gift certificate. Cancellation policy applies to gift certificates also by losing value.

Please reply to text messages requesting confirmation of your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments for clients with history of cancellations and no-shows.
