CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is time we reserve just for you! Please make changes prior to 24 hrs of your scheduled services as we have a 24 hr cancellation policy. If you no show or cancel with less than 24 hrs notice a fee applies as follows:
  • Less than 24 hrs notice – 50% of scheduled services
  • Less than 4 hrs notice or No Show – 100% of scheduled services
  • Clients arriving 10+ min late are considered a no-show
  • Clients arriving with children or are ill will be rescheduled and charged 100%

We cannot reserve an appointment without  a credit card/debit card or pre-payment arrangement

We make every effort to remind you about your upcoming appt. Please reply to text messages requesting confirmation of your appointment. If you need to make changes, please call or text us directly at (928)505-2090. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.

For safety and client comfort, we do not allow children in our spa or service clients who are ill. We do not permit guests or children to accompany you during your service. Please refrain from using your cell phone inside our spa.
